SUPER SHEROES

PRIYA joins a new female superhero universe called SUPER SHEROES which is led by Supreme RGB -- a re-imagination of Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg. The kick-ass heroes are from all over the world and many are based on real people. The Super Sheroes fight for women's rights and social justice. The artwork is created by Melanconnie from Bogota, Colombia.

NEBULAE was radiated by a natural blast of dark energy when she was a child. The Irish neuroscientist Sinead Byrne noticed her extraordinary powers, and kidnapped her from her loving family. Nebulae’s memories were erased, and she was made to believe that Sinead was her mother. When Nebulae discovered the deception, she fought for her freedom and vowed to use her powers to help abused children and overcome her own psychological trauma.

SUPREME RBG is feminist icon and U.S. Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, but re-imagined as a samurai. She is the leader of the Super Sheroes and the moral backbone of the group. Her wisdom and Jujutsu skills are unmatched by anyone.

KAIA is inspired by Natalia Ponce de León, who is a survivor of a brutal acid attack and a social advocate in Colombia. After the attack, Kaia fled into the Amazon rainforest and made friends with a panther. While recovering, she bonded with the plants and nature. She can talk with plants and learn their secrets which she uses to create potions with extraordinary and mind altering powers.

PSYDOVE was part of the underground punk rock scene in Havana, Cuba. Living the hard life, she became a heroin addict. While unconscious in the gutter with a deadly syringe sticking out of her arm -- she was rescued by a flock of pigeons. Now she can summon pigeons from around the world to attack or save people. She is a drug abuse therapist and psychologist, and leader of the feminist movement in Cuba.

LADY GARDENIA was born a boy and was regularly abused and teased for being “feminine” and a “flower.” She was beaten up and thrown into a toxic gaseous mine shaft. Grasping her last breath, she inhaled the scent of a rare tulip that was growing in the cave. The flower’s aromatic powers transformed her into a trans-woman, and changed her scent glands into weapons that can daze, paralyze, or heal her targets.

BATURU is a Chinese silent film star from Shanghai. While filming a dangerous stunt, she was mysteriously transported to the present. Her friend is a fire phoenix that bends time by flapping its wings to create a time vortex.

PRIYA survived a brutal gang rape and fled into the forest. She met the Hindu goddess Parvati who helped her find her inner strength. With her flying tiger friend, Sahas, she travels the world fighting for women and survivors. Her super-power is the power of persuasion.

ALTARNIMA can hypnotize people by manipulating sound waves with her magical chants.  She was an orphan living on the streets in Sudan and playing a busted flute to earn money. While being chased by a group of drunken soldiers, she escaped into an antique store run by a mystic. The old man taught her the power of vocal incantations and courage. She is non-binary and uses her/they pronouns.
